Specialising in the dynamic African technology sector, favouring scalable venture opportunities that deliver both exceptional returns and enabling financial and social inclusion.

Access to these opportunities is proprietary and solely a function of Imara’s relationships and networks. Companies are post-revenue and breakeven, with robust scalable business models and highly experienced management teams well known to us.

Growth Capital:
A deal-by-deal strategy targeting mid-cap private companies in East and Southern Africa, across all sectors. We favour high growth businesses requiring US$3m to US$20m of capital in exchange for at least a significant minority equity stake, plus board representation.
